Need help with the app? Find answers to common questions below or contact support.
PURCHASES & PRO
Open the app, go to Settings or the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. The app asks Apple to restore eligible purchases associated with the Apple Account currently signed in on the device.
Open Settings and tap Manage Subscription while Monthly Pro is active. You can also manage subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Billing and cancellation are handled by Apple.
No. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable purchase. Reinstall the app using the same Apple Account and use Restore Purchases if necessary.
Monthly Pro access remains available only while the subscription is active. If the subscription expires, is cancelled and reaches the end of its billing period, or is revoked, access ends automatically.
ICLOUD & PROGRESS
Supported study progress can sync through the user’s private iCloud account when iCloud is enabled and available.
Previously synced study data may automatically restore from iCloud after reinstalling the app.
Open Settings and choose Reset All Progress. This permanently deletes practice history, mock exam results, and bookmarks.
PRACTICE & EXAMS
Smart Practice uses study history to focus on weak areas and previously missed questions.
Exam Readiness is an estimate based on coverage, accuracy, section performance, and mock exam results.
Coverage shows how many unique questions you have practiced out of the full 600-question bank.
No. The app contains independent study material and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
